Common Sense Return Policy
 

• McJak Candy does not accept returns after 30 days from date of shipment .
• All returns or even exchanges must have a return authorization number. Contact us at 800-424-2942 to get a return number. Returns or even exchanges must be received within thirty (30) days of issuance of Return Authorization to receive credit or be eligible for exchange.
• Manufacturer’s Defects: New products with defects in manufacture or packaging are eligible for return. When requesting a return number, please indicate that the merchandise is defective, and we will provide a shipping label no shipping cost. Product will be replaced as appropriate.
• Shipping Errors: Shipments that do not match the original order are eligible for return. 
• Items shipped correctly, on time, and without defect not eligible for return. Sales are final.

• Contact a helpful McJak Candy Customer Service Rep at 800-424-2942 for a return authorization number and the return address; have your original order number and the product number ready.
• Ship your package back to us with the return number clearly written on the box.
• Once the return is received, we’ll credit your credit card account, Once a credit is issued to your card, it should appear on your statement within 72 hours.

• McJak Candy does not refund shipping costs for returned items, unless there is a product defect or product was shipped incorrectly. Product defects are confirmed at time of receipt.
