McJak's delicious home-style fudge and gourmet lollipops are proudly
made by hand in our family-owned candy factory in rural Ohio. Our
mission is to produce great tasting confectionery products using
traditional cooking methods, such as mixing individual ingredients in
copper kettles. We are not the biggest, but we believe our recipes,
ingredients, and cooking methods create some of the best tasting
products available. But don’t take our word for it…our products have
received recognition at a national level and have triumphed in several
independent taste tests! |

made in small batches using our special recipes. The result: fudge that

 History
McJak was founded in 1982 in the kitchens of Karen McCurdy and
Bill Lonjak (hence the name “McJak”) with the mission of
producing high quality, homemade candies for fundraising and
retail.
Although we long since moved our operations from country kitchens to our
own candy factory, we still operate on the same principles: making
quality confection products one batch at a time and selling them at a
fair price to our customers. Our facility is located in America’s
Heartland: Medina, Ohio.
