| Since its introduction in 1985, our fudge has been popular for both retail and fundraising markets. Our fudge is still made in copper kettles, one small batch at a time, using the original recipes. The shelf life is six months, except where noted. McJak's Fudge was preferred over competition in several independent blind taste tests and recived a "Certificate of Excellence" rating in a national contest. |

| Many customers contract us to produce unique fudge products under their name. In fact, each year we make more fudge for other customers under their names than we do under our own! Private label packaging options include tubs, cubes, tins, oval tubs, and cartons. Private label customers pay for their own packaging supplies, but we can help with design and sources at no charge. |
